Return Window

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. You must contact us within this period to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted for products that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, or color) compared to your original order.
  • Significantly not as described on our website.

For any quality issues, you must provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface to help us process a speedy resolution.

Policy on Returning Goods (Non-Faulty Items)

We DO NOT accept returns based on customer’s remorse, such as:

  • Change of mind.
  • The product no longer being needed.
  • Incorrect size ordered (size issues).

Any returns sent to us for these reasons will be rejected. If a return is somehow approved for these non-faulty reasons, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer will be required to bear the full return shipping cost. We strongly advise against placing a return for these reasons.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Goods: Returns are free. You are required to ship the package back to us, and we will refund the return shipping costs once the item is received and confirmed as faulty/damaged/incorrect.
  • All Other Cases (Non-Faulty/Change of Mind): The buyer is responsible for bearing the full return shipping costs, and these costs will not be refunded.

Restocking Fees

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Goods: No restocking fee is applied.
  • Approved Change of Mind/Remorse Returns (If exceptionally allowed): A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exceptions (Items Not Eligible for Return)

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Discounted, On Sale, or Season End Sale items.
  • Orders with player names or custom name printing. Please ensure you order the correct size and printing option for all customized items.

Exchanges

Exchanging a product for a different size, color, or style is allowed only for non-customized, full-price items and will be treated as a change of mind/remorse return, making it subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer will be required to bear the full return shipping costs. The exchange is only processed after we receive and inspect the original item.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@legendslocker.co requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return (e.g., “damaged item” or “incorrect size received”). For faulty items, attach clear photos.
  3. Get Authorization: Our returns department will guide you and provide the necessary Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address for shipping. Do not ship a return without this information.
  4. Ship: Pack the items securely into a box. Place the mailing label clearly on the parcel. You can ship your package via any traceable shipping service you prefer.

When to Expect a Refund

Once the return is received, inspected, and processed, the refund will be processed within 5 working days. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel, you must email us at returns@legendslocker.co within this timeframe. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Lost/Delayed Orders

For a package to be considered lost, we must allow 10 working days (Monday-Friday) from the estimated delivery date, following courier claim policies. We will then lodge a lost item claim.

We won’t be able to re-send or refund you until the claim is approved by the courier. This investigation and decision process usually takes 1-2 weeks.
